The University of the Bahamas previously known as College of the Bahamas has slowly progressed into becoming a place where students can receive an education that will take them to numerous countries where they can further their careers. Personally, I have attended this school for 4 years to obtain a Bachelors degree and it has been an enlightening experience. School always comes with stress and new social encounters so it's nice when you are able to capture the beauty of a lake and a sunrise when coming to your 8am or 10am class.
To all my younger readers, preparing for your future is key to succeeding at whatever you want to achieve. Time management is very important when you're taking 6 classes Monday through Friday that are 3 credits each. Socialize but don't let that distract you from doing your homework and studying for tests. Don't be so quick to buy fast food everyday and utilize microwaves that are bound to be in either your dorm or around campus for your use. Look up sites that allow you to talk to other students that can give you advice or who you can buy books from at a drastically reduced price than what the school wants you to buy it for. Keep your grades up to maintain your scholarship because paying out of pocket is never fun. Remember these things and most of all, try to enjoy every day to the fullest.
