Fast Food & The Bahamian Breakfast

I'm not one for endorsing fast food places but I have noticed similarities in fast food while traveling. There are key fast food places that have migrated from the United States to the Bahamas for more business. Personally I prefer the Bahamian central places rather than going to McDonalds for the same thing I could get while in the U. S., but they do offer special menu items that cater to this specific country. Things like Guava Creme Pie at McDonalds and Curry Pot Pie from KFC are surprising to see but I guess those new foods are the things that entice people to eat from them.
The list of fast food chains that are from the U. S. and are now in the Bahamas include: Carl's Jr., Burger King, Pizza Hut, Dominoes, Wendy's, McDonald's, Outback Steakhouse, Dairy Queen, and Charley's Philly Steaks. I must admit, some of these places taste delicious and I'm glad that they added a country to their list. I'm getting hungry just thinking about food, but that just me in general. Be sure to try out food that's genuinely authentic to the country. Even for breakfast, corned beef and grits, sausage and grits, tuna and grits and chicken souse are just a few breakfast items that are served from stalls around the area. Usually the base cost is $2, but sometimes people sell it for more.
